What to do when dreams of an "ex" appears in your mind, they come by night and disrupts your sleep, you haven’t really thought about the "ex" in that way in a long time, and all of a sudden there they are, memories of the history you had together, and in some warped way all the bad stuff has been erased from the dreams and only the right stuff is left, that is the right stuff to trigger your dreams. But even in your dreams you know that something is not quit right, and you wake up in a sort of chock of dreaming about your "ex" in that way.
And if they only stayed in the dreams you would be just fine, BUT THEY DON’T, they infest, they crawl, they plague your daily life, in ways that makes you start to wonder "if”,
”if" you could make it work again, "if" what you had is really dead and "if" you make yourself available can you get another chance. But then all of a sudden, you start to remember the nasty stuff, the reasons you broke up in the first place, but damit the dreams are still lingering in the back of your mind ...MAYBE THIS TIME IT WILL WORK....... aaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh.
