| Okay, so I have been working on buying a house the last few months, and at the last week and at the last minute the loan company wants me to come to the table with money that I just don't have right now. I have been using my money to meet all the requirements that they have set before me and finances have just run dry for the moment. I have tried borrowing money because in six to eight weeks after we close we get the tax credit for being first time home buyers and have even offered to put up my truck as collateral (let them hold the person title until I can pay them back). I have people who would loan it to me, but with it being the first of the school year they just don't have it. I fell in love with the house but I have cried more than should be legally allowed... Should I throw in the towel? Or, be as stubborn as can be and fight to the end? BTW Friday is do or die time.... |
