Well where to begin...let's see. Most of you already know me, and read alot of my other blogs, I've decided to start writing a few from time to time again...Starting with Day 1.
Day 1 consists of my first day of NO SMOKING...that's right today November 19th, 2007 I am quitting smoking.
I have been smoking since i was 15...so, 18 years of putting toxic shit in my system has now come to a hault.
I joined a program called stopstudy...it helps you quit smoking and if need be councils you too. They also sent me the patch (Nicoderm) for 10 weeks, which includes all 3 steps.
Anyways i won't make this too long, even though it's long enough as it is...Hope everyone that reads this has a wonderful day :)
p.s I still like boobs alot..
