ORANGE COUNTY ( CALIFORNIA ) NEWSPAPER This is a very good letter to the editor. This woman made some good points. For some reason, people have difficulty structuring their arguments when arguing against supporting the currently proposed immigration revisions. This lady made the argument pretty simple. NOT printed in the Orange County Paper..... Newspapers simply won't publish letters to the editor which they either deem politically incorrect (read below) or which does not agree with the philosophy they're pushing on the public. This woman wrote a great letter to the editor that should have been published; but, with your help it will get published via cyberspace! New Immigrants From: "David LaBonte" My wife, Rosemary, wrote a wonderful letter to the editor of the OC Register which, of course, was not printed. So, I decided to "print" it myself by sending it out on the Internet. Pass it along if you feel so inclined. (signed) Dave LaBonte Written in response to a series of letters to the editor in the Orange County Register: Dear Editor: So many letter writers have based their arguments on how this land is made up of immigrants. Ernie Lujan for one, suggests we should tear down the Statue of Liberty because the people now in question aren't being treated the same as those who passed through Ellis Island and other ports of entry. Maybe we should turn to our history books and point out to people like Mr. Lujan why today's American is not willing to accept this new kind of immigrant any longer. Back in 1900 when there was a rush from all areas of Europe to come to the United States, people had to get off a ship and stand in a long line in New York and be documented. Some would even get down on their hands and knees and kiss the ground. They made a pledge to uphold the laws and support their new country in good and bad times. They made learning English a primary rule in their new American households and some even changed their names to blend in with their new home. They had waved good bye to their birth place to give their children a new life and did everything in their power to help their children assimilate into one culture. Nothing was handed to them. No free lunches, no welfare, no labor laws to protect them. All they had were the skills and craftsmanship they had brought with them to trade for a future of prosperity. Most of their children came of age when World War II broke out. My father fought along side men whose parents had come straight over from Germany , Italy , France and Japan . None of these 1st generation Americans ever gave any thought about what country their parents had come from. They were Americans fighting Hitler, Mussolini and the Emperor of Japan . They were defending the United States of America as one people When we liberated France , no one in those villages were looking for the French-American or the German American or the Irish American. The people of France saw only Americans. And, we carried one flag that represented one country. Not one of those immigrant sons would have thought about picking up another country's flag and waving it to represent who they were. It would have been a disgrace to their parents who had sacrificed so much to be here. These immigrants truly knew what it meant to be an American. They stirred the melting pot into one red, white and blue bowl. And here we are in 2007 with a new kind of immigrant who wants the same rights and privileges. Only they want to achieve it by playing with a different set of rules, one that includes the entitlement card and a guarantee of being faithful to their mother country. I'm sorry, that's not what being an American is all about. I believe the immigrants who landed on Ellis Island in the early 1900's deserve better than that for all the toil, hard work and sacrifice in raising future generations to create a land that has become a beacon for those legally searching for a better life. I think they would be appalled that they are being used as an example by those waving foreign country flags And for that suggestion about taking down the Statue of Liberty , it happens to mean a lot to the citizens who are voting on the immigration bill. I wouldn't start talking about dismantling the United States just yet. (signed) Rosemary LaBonte
Senators: Your vote against an amendment to the immigration Bill 1348......to make English America's official language is astounding. On D-Day, no less, when we honor those that sacrificed in order to secure the bedrock, character and principles of America , I can only surmise your vote reflects a loyalty to illegal aliens. I don't much care where you come from. What your religion is. Whether you're black, white, or some other color......male or female......Democrat, Republican or Independent....... But I do care when you are a United States Senator representing Citizens of America .......and vote against English as the official language of the United States . Your vote reflects Betrayal. Political Surrender. Violates Your Pledge of Allegiance. Dishonors historical principle. Rejects Patriotism. Borders on traitorous action and, in my opinion, makes you unfit to serve as a United States Senator........ Impeachment.......Recall........Or other appropriate action is warranted or worse. Four of you voting against English as America 's Official Language are Presidential Candidates: Senator Biden, Senator Clinton, Senator Dodd, and Senator Obama. Four Senators vying to lead America, but won't or don't have the courage to cast a vote in favor of "English" as America's Official Language when 91% of American Citizens want English officially designated as our language. This is the second time in the last several months this list of Senators have disgraced themselves as "political hacks"...... Unworthy as Senators and certainly unqualified to serve as President of the United States . If America is as angry as I am, you will realize a backlash so stunning it will literally "rock you out of your panties"......... and preferably totally out of the United States Senate. The entire immigration bill is a farce.... your action only confirms this really isn't about America .....it is about self-serving politics.....despicable at best. It has been said: "Never Argue with an Idiot.... They'll drag you down to their level!" The following Senators voted against making English the official language of America : Akaka (D-HI) Bayh (D-IN) Biden (D-DE) Wants to be President? Bingaman (D-NM) Boxer (D-CA) Cantwell (D-WA) Clinton (D-NY) Wants to be President? Ahh damnit, I just had to read another story about how the GOVERNMENT is failing to help our boys and girls coming home from Iraq, and Afghanistan. This story tells of how a young man watched his buddies die in front of him. He was injuried, and was discharged. However, it doesn't end there....Upon feeling that he couldn't 'cope' anymore he went to the VA. Well this young man attempted to work a normal job as a roofer, and tried to make ends meet. He would talk to his buddies that had died, because, after all in his mind they were standing right there. He suffered from nightmares, and anxiety, and a number of other things. Upon finally agreeing to go to the VA clinic, he was turned away even though he was 'suicidal'. This young man felt he could not cope any longer, and took an electrical cord, wrapped it around a suppot in the basement, and hanged himself. This poor young man, cried out for help, and was REFUSED! This young man, like many others had seen things, and been places that I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. Yet the very system that was to support him, failed him. There are a million other stories out there just like this one, many of them are having the same outcome. In a recent study released suicides in the Army were up 26%, 26%! To me that's far to many, and for many of them, I am willing to bet they were denied the treatment that they so deserved by the VA because they simply didn't have the room, or was put on a waiting list. I understand the point of not having enough 'workers' but it doesn't take a fucking Rocket Scientist to type in the information in a computer, and make a few phone calls. The simple fact is that we as a country and as a government didn't care. The GOVERNMENT didn't fully think this thing through before it went there. They didn't think about the 100,000's of soldiers that would require care for the rest of their life, not to mention all of those that are and were directly effected in some way by the events, and things like that, that they witnessed. I mean think about it, do you think that they allotted anymore money to the VA this year? Well hell no, why, because it wasn't in the budget. I don't give a fucking rat's ass about a damn budget, I'd rather my hard earned tax dollars go to the very ones that are serving and protecting this country, rather then to funding a useless war. We as a society owe it to our soldiers to fix them, and make them right after we sent them off to fight a war. I only think that's fair. I don't get the point behind allowing them to wait months, some even years to recieve the very basic of medical needs. I don't get that fact, I don't get the simple fact that we are allowing this to happen. I don't understand how the mighty United States fails to take care of it's own, and would rather them wait for this or that, then taking care of the problem right now. The troops that are there now, will need after action care, if not for physical wounds, mental wounds for sure. I just don't understand how in the hell we could let these young me and women fall through the cracks. Most of the ones that are falling are the ones that need the most extensive help to begin with. It just bewilders me to think that none of this was thought out before hand. Not to mention nothaving enough staff, or even the facilities to have and support such things. In another sad story, there was a Marine Gunny Sgt that was hit by a stray sniper's bullet when it bounced off the hatch he was in, entered through the right side of his head (below his right eye, and exited the left side the head beside of his ear.) while he was at the VA polytrauma unit in Los Altos CA, the doctors told his wife that it was best that she drive back to San Diago (80 miles away) and stay there, that this was HIS recovery, and rehab, not hers. But she pushed back, staying with him, and stating that she needed to see what she needed to do to take care of him when he did come home. I'm sorry to me that burns me to the core. Some people are just too damn stupid for their own good. I'd smacked that Doctor, and then kicked him in the balls for being an insensetive asshole. I mean comeon, you know as well as I do that family plays a HUGE role in the rehabilitation process, that it's always better to have someone there with you that's on your side, then no one there. Maybe I just don't understand...Maybe I'm just too stupid to see the bigger picture, or maybe I care too damn much. But for whatever reason, these men and women fight for the very freedoms that you and I enjoy, and some take for granted, maybe it's time we stand up and be heard, maybe it's time we make a stand, and demand better treatment, or we could do nothing, and allow things like this to keep happening. You need to think about it, and put yourself in BOTH places, and tell me how'd you feel. I don't know about you, but I'm going to take a stand and fight for those who fight for me. You can take this blog, however you want, however let me be VERY CLEAR, if you don't stand up and support our troops now, don't bitch when they aren't there to support you. I will be posting a few links to different places that I have ran across that are tributes, or places where you can donate to help ease the burden on families that are facing this alone, and have no one, or no where to turn to. Just stop and think, if everything you loved so dearly was gone tomorrow, and you, and your loved ones were sent to a prosion camp, and made to work, and make to do things that you wouldn't do. Then what? Maybe you should ponder that thought, and when you come up with the answer, let me know. Like I said I'm taking a stand, take it or leave it! ~~~~DOC~~~~

The Angry American Part 9

Man took a flight, he was finally coming home, Feeling more relieved than any man has known, He spent so long, in a place that most fear, And when that plane landed down came a tear, Plane door opens still in uniform he stands, Nervous and confused, about stepping back on home land, He follows the others, checking each face for grief, But all that he noticed was the faces had relief, He steps off the plane and people were there, The Soldier astonished could do nothing but stare, They greeted him with open arms, a hug, and a sign, That said thank you soldier, your life for mine, Soldier walks still in uniform, down the street, He passes a man walking, he looks down to his feet, The man looks to him and stops him in his place, Only the Soldier and him, the man spits in his face, Soldier again with a tear, he asks only why, The man returns with an answer, a brutal reply, I do not respect you for the things that you've done, Soldier just listens as the man cuts him to none, Soldier said Sir, can I show something to you, Man says sure thats what you need to do, He lifts up his shirt, hand trembling as it rose, The man watched but with an upward nose, The man looks down and in his sight he sees, Three bullet wounds, as big as can be, The soldier said Sir..now let me tell what these are, Not freedom, not war, but everlasting scars, Now Sir you may not respect me, but I do as I am told, And each command I am given, I follow being bold, Now these three bullets I hold with out fear, Cause each ones has a reason, those reasons I want you to hear, He points to the first and says this ones for my family, No one can take them from me, Then to the second, he says with pride, This ones for my comm rads and the ones that died, Now Sir let me tell you what this last is to, This is one is for my nation, my honor, and you, And I want you to know that you may not like me, But other soldiers and I, be all we can be, So Dont respect me you have that right, And that my friend is the reason I fight, The man looked at him with a tear in his eye, He said please forgive me, I knew not the reasons why, The Soldier with a smile, looked back at the man, Said I am a US Soldier, I do what I can, And as he walked away, his face still with a smile, Thats what makes what I do worth while, Thanks to the American Soldiers!!!

The Angry American Part 8

Yeah what the Judge Said, I would like to think my friend Fawny for posting this, and allowing the world to see it! THANK YOU BABYDOLL! Here it is, the sentencing of Mr. Reid, the Shoe Bomber! As said by Judge Young! You get'em brah! Sentence of Reid Remember the guy who got on a plane with a bomb built into his shoe and tried to light it? Did you know his trial is over? Did you know he was sentenced? Did you see/hear any of the judge's comments on TV or Radio? Didn't think so. Everyone should hear what the judge had to say. Ruling by Judge William Young, US District Court. Prior to sentencing, the Judge asked the defendant if he had anything to say. His response: After admitting his guilt to the court for the record, Reid also admitted his "allegiance to Osama bin Laden, to Islam, and to the religion of Allah," defiantly stating, "I think I will not apologize for my actions," and told the court "I am at war with your country." Judge Young then delivered the statement quoted below: January 30, 2003, United States vs. Reid. Judge Young: "Mr. Richard C. Reid, hearken now to the sentence the Court imposes upon you. On counts 1, 5 and 6 the Court sentences you to life in prison in the custody of the United States Attorney General. On count s 2, 3, 4 and 7, the Court sentences you to 20 years in prison on each count, the sentence on each count to run consecutively. (That's 80 years.) On count 8 the Court sentences you to the mandatory 30 years again, to be served consecutively to the 80 years just imposed. The Court imposes upon you for each of the eight counts a fine of $250,000 that's an aggregate fine of $2 million. The Court accepts the government's recommendation with respect to restitution and orders restitution in the amount of $298.17 to Andre Bousquet and $5,784 to American Airlines. The Court imposes upon you an $800 special assessment. The Court imposes upon you five years supervised release simply because the law requires it. But the life sentences are real life sentences so I need go no further. This is the sentence that is provided for by our statutes. It is a fair and just sentence. It is a righteous sentence. Now, let me explain this to you. We are not afraid of you or any of your terrorist co-conspirators, Mr. Reid. We are Americans. We have been through the fire before. There is too much war talk here and I say that to everyone with the utmost respect. Here in this court, we deal with individuals as individuals and care for individuals as individuals. As human beings, we reach out for justice. You are not an enemy combatant. You are a terrorist. You are not a soldier in any war. You are a terrorist. To give you that reference, to call you a soldier, gives you far too much stature. Whether the officers of government do it or your attorney does it, or if you think you are a soldier. You are not----- you are a terrorist. And we do not negotiate with terrorists. We do not meet with terrorists. We do not sign documents with terrorists. We hunt them down one by one and bring them to justice. So war talk is way out of line in this court. You are a big fellow. But you are not that big. You're no warrior. I've known warriors. You are a terrorist. A species of criminal that is guilty of multiple attempted murders. In a very real sense, State Trooper Santiago had it right when you first were taken off that plane and into custody and you wondered where the press and the TV crews were, and he said: "You're no big deal." You are no big deal. What your able counsel and what the equally able United States attorneys have grappled with and what I have as honestly as I know how tried to grapple with, is why you did something so horrific. What was it that led you here to this courtroom today? I have listened respectfully to what you have to say. And I ask you to search your heart and ask yourself what sort of unfathomable hate led you to do what you are guilty and admit you are g uilty of doing? And, I have an answer for you. It may not satisfy you, but as I search this entire record, it comes as close to understanding as I know. It seems to me you hate the one thing that to us is most precious. You hate our freedom. Our individual freedom. Our individual freedom to live as we choose, to come and go as we choose, to believe or not believe as we individually choose. Here, in this society, the very wind carries freedom. It carries it everywhere from sea to shining sea. It is because we prize individual freedom so much that you are here in this beautiful courtroom. So that everyone can see, truly see, that justice is administered fairly, individually, and discretely. It is for freedom's sake that your lawyers are striving so vigorously on your behalf, have filed appeals, will go on in their representation of you before other judges. We Americans are all about freedom. Bec ause we all know that the way we treat you, Mr. Reid, is the measure of our own liberties. Make no mistake though. It is yet true that we will bare any burden; pay any price, to preserve our freedoms. Look around this courtroom. Mark it well. The world is not going to long remember what you or I say here. The day after tomorrow, it will be forgotten, but this, however, will long endure. Here in this courtroom and courtrooms all across America , the American people will gather to see that justice, individual justice, justice, not war, individual justice is in fact being done. The very President of the United States through his officers will have to come into courtrooms and lay out evidence on which specific matters can be judged and juries of citizens will gather to sit and judge that evidence democratically, to mold and shape and refine our sense of justice. See that flag, Mr. Reid? That's the flag of the United States of America . That flag will fly there long after this is all forgotten. That flag stands for freedom. And it always will. Mr. Custody Officer. Stand him down. So, how much of this Judge's comments did we hear on our TV sets? We need more judges like Judge Young, but that's another subject. Pass this around. Everyone should and needs to hear what this fine judge had to say. Powerful words that strike home. God bless America Please forward this----------so that every American has a chance to read it

The Angry American Part 7

As I really see who the REAL Americans are on here, I don't see many. Maybe this shouldn't go here, maybe I should just give up or quit, or otherwise leave it alone. However, I cannot do that, it has been brought to my attention that some of you don't want to repost bulletins that envolve anything to do with the Troops, and frankly...that saddens me. It amazes me how self absorbed some people really are, while they put on the face that they actually care. Ya know, there are very few people that actually do care. You all seem to lavish the freedoms that you have, and then you have no damn idea the prices paid for that very freedom. If you want to take me off your list, then do so, tell me that you did, and I will take you off of mine as well. Because I have had it with the self absorbed people. You don't want to deal with it? It's too hard for you, GET OVER IT. These soldiers that have paid the price deserve YOUR respect, and if you can't take 3 minutes out of your self absorbed life, and repost a simple bulletin that contains something that has to do with the Troops, then you in my book should take a fucking trip to Iraq, pick up a fucking weapon, and man a fucking post. Allow a soldier that gave up EVERYTHING to come home and spend 2 weeks with his family, the family that he left to pay for your freedom. I don't give a fuck who you are, if you don't like what you see when you look in the mirror, then don't look, but I'll be damned if you're going to treat these soldiers like that. Most of you will never know what it's like in a FOB, or to be placed in a forward position, let alone be shot at, no you live in a nation that has laws, and has standards that are upheld. You want to say 'oh I don't care', or 'I see enough of it on the TV' bullshit, that's not good enough, you need to be the wife of that soldier that is waiting to hear form her soldier, or think of your kids as the kids that are awaiting to hear from their daddy, or those families that are missing a part of their familes because they have sadly paid the price for your freedom. My 6 year old neice asked me the other night, "Uncle Matt, when's daddy coming home?" I was a deer in the headlights, I didn't know what to say, a 6 year old that waits to talk to her daddy on line, that web cams with him, that just wants him to chase the bad monster away from the closet at night, she wants to be held by daddy, but most of knows that freedom doesn't come without a price. I cry everytime I talk to her, I cry because I know there's nothing I can do or say to make it better. It pisses me off, it hurts, but most of all, it makes me proud that a 6 year old little girl would take the time out of her day playing with dolls and such to say, 'it'll be okay uncle matt, he's going to be okay.' Talk about ripping your heart out, that'll do it, because when you are sitting there crying and it takes the words of a 6 year old to make you feel better, you know something is wrong with the world. But if none of these words that I have said effects you, then just leave it be, and we'll be bygones, if these words have impacted you in some way, or made you stop and think about things, then maybe just maybe I have done my job, and shown you that it's not all abouts and rank, it's not all about if your friend will get points from this....it's about doing what's right, and paying your debt to those that have made the payment in advance for you. Take it or leave it, by one thing is for sure...you can't deny it.

The Angry American Part 6

Again, sadly...I have ran across something else that has chapped my ass. Now I understand that 9-11 is a big thing, however I don't really give a shit. 3,500 innocent American's lost their lives, I'm sorry, shit happens, get over it. However, the survivors are wanting compensation??? WHAT THE FUCK? I don't believe that you are entitled to a DAMN THING, an innocent person who is killed by a gang banger, recieves NOTHING MORE THEN A HARD TIME. And I think that's what they (9-11 survivors) should get as well. If anyone and I mean ANYONE deserves this 'compensation' it's the men and women fighting for this GREAT NATION that should get something. For those 3,500 plus lives that have been lost, not to mention the thousands of lives that it has affected. By that I mean think of all of those that have lost a limb, or sight, or hearing, or something that you and I take for granted. The brave men and women went over there to take out our trash, to rid the world of these terrorists, and insurgents that caused it in the first place. However with that said, all our dead get is hassled, and protesters at their grave site, now you tell me how in the hell that's fair? I don't think that anyone should recieve anything, unless they lost a loved one FIGHTING this war. I think that congress should put a cap on their salary, and stop voting to raise it every damn year. Hell I'd like to have a freaking raise every year, but because they are a bunch of greedy fuckers, we all have to suffer. Secondly, I would like to say that if you can't back our troops, and accept them for what has happened to them, then you can PACK YOUR SHIT AND LEAVE. I'll be more then happy to help you, and hell I'll ever buy you a one way ticket to Iraq. I don't give a shit! Don't come into a store when a soldier is standing right there, and bitch and piss and moan about how 'her' brothers and sisters are bombing her people. First off, shut your fucking mouth, secondly, if you don't like what we're doing, then pack your shit and leave, and lastly, if it bothers you that much, why don't you go over there, and speak up, speek your mind, and let them know just how you really feel. I don't honestly care what you do, as long as you pack your shit and leave. I believe that everyone has a right to be happy hence 'the pursuit of happiness' but not at our expense. I don't agree with allowing 200,000 illegals in here, I don't agree with giving the 'families of the 9-11 terror attacks' a DAMN THING, I think that they just had 'bad luck' but they shouldn't be any different then a gang banger that cuts down an innocent person. And I don't think that a DAMN person deserves a RAISE until our men and women in UNIFORM get a pay raise that will allow their families to live while the main bread winner is away fighting a war that isn't needed in the first place. I think that they shouldn't have to live in poverity, because the government is too damn stubbron to help them out and give them a raise, but yet will pay between 200,000-4.1 million dollars to the 'survivors' of the 9-11 attacks. Yes my heart bleeds for them (not that much)however, if anyone should see that 4.1 million dollars, it should be the families of the fighting men and women that are fighting this war, and THEIR families. I don't think that congress should take another pay raise, because that would take money away from the budget for the fighting men and women, then again what do I know???? I'm just a stupid redneck. Again it's my view, take it or leave it. ~~MATT~~

The Angry American Part 5

As most of you have noticed by the present bulletin posting...tha they ave found the ID cards of the missing American soldiers in an Al-Qudia safe house, along with video, and weapons. The article goes on to say that troops engaged in a fire fight from some nearby trees, and two soldiers were wounded before the Air Strike wiped the rag headed mother fuckers out. This has been an on going thing so it seems, these fucking rag headed asshats think that we're going to give in, the way I see it, every AMERICAN life taken, we take 100 of them. I said it all from the beginning, that we just turn the middle east into a great big glass parking lot. Fuck'em, who cares about the Koran (I wipe my ass with pages of it daily), who cares about ALLAH, I don't give a fuck about allah, he's an asshat too. I don't give two shits about the whole religion thing, I could care less, I could care less about politics, think it's time we stop worrying about the civilian casualties, and start worrying about our brother and sisters. I don't care how cold hearted I come across, I don't care how you take this, and I sure don't give a damn if you 'respect my opinion'. If you don't, my best advice to you is to PICK UP A WEAPON AND MAN A POST ASSHAT. Seems that we can't seem to find these two missing soldiers, we need to make every effort to find them, if they are still alive, we need to bring them home. No one nows the fate of them at this point, the asshats have already been caught in one lie, saying that they were all dead and buried in a grave, well as much as I hate to say it, we found one of them floating in the Euphrates River after he'd been shot in the head. So maybe they are lying about the other two?? That's another thing that fucking eats me up, these asshats are allowed to kill our soldiers when they are a POW, but these fuckers at Getmo are living the easy life. THat's what I call FUCKED UP. I think those asshats, should be humilated, belittled, beat, cut open, acid poured on them, burned, used as sheilds, or whatever else we can use them for. Yeah that's cruel, but my tolerence with this shit is about to the point of BREAK. I'm sick and tired of these asshats saying they are going to sue the government because their 'rights' were violated. Just because you are here, does not give you the same 'rights' as AMERICAN citizens. How about the rights of the 3,500 innoent victims? WHAT ABOUT THOSE? And they wanna say that because this asshat stood there, blind folded, and had to piss on himself, and shit on himself, and listen to loud music, and dogs barking, that it's a violation of his 'rights'? FUCK YOU, it's not, I think they should have eat him within an inch of his bloody life. I am tired of the same old shit, I'm tired of them thinking that they can be treated like AMERICAN citizens, when they aren't. SCREW the Geneva Convition, Screw the 'Laws of War' fuck'em all. It's do or die time, and I don't care if these asshats want to run into a mosque, that hould be leveled, whocares about religion, they damn sure don't respect ours, sorry war is war, and there's a line to draw, when you cross that line, all bets off, it's time to show them why we are the mightest nation in the world. Bomb the piss out of them, I'm tired of seeing innocent AMERICAN SOLDIERS coming home in boxes with flags drapped over them. I'm tired of seeing my FRIENDS being laid to rest, I"m tired of hearing the 21 GUN SALUTE, I can still hear it in the back of my mind like I'm still there. I'm tired of it all, I"m tired of people not caring about our soldiers, I'm tired of people just not caring about them period. It bothers me that no matter what we do, we can never be good enough. By that I mean that we don't do the cruel and ruthless tricks that others play, but our men and women pay the price. I don't understand that. Maybe it's because we've been there and done that before? Maybe it's because we're tired of seeing the same thing over and over, maybe it's because we are the only ones that really give a shit? I don't know, I don't have the answers, I wish I did. I can tell you this, I"ll be glad when Bush is gone, I think that asshole should send his own daughters over there, and see how it feels when one of them comes home in a bag. HE'S A FUCKING WRONGHORN FAN ANYHOW. Maybe a reality check of that nature will wake him up? He's about useless, his daughters are drunks, and his daddy is the biggest PUSSY that ever walked. Ya know, Clinton was the man, We'd be so much better if he was in office, none of this woulda happened. Bush is a money hungry, oil loving assclown that needs to be kicked in the ballz one good time, and taught the meaning of life. I don't like him, and I never will, I think he's the biggest asshat that walked, his ability to make decisions has been greatly influenced by the oil, and the wells over in the middle east that's the whole reason we went to get Saddam, I'm sorry, Saddam wasn't the problem, BUSH IS. Yes we needed to get Saddam, but we coulda done it later, BUSH wanted to protect his oil wells over there with the blood of 3,600 innocent AMERICAN lives, and for what, only to watch the oil get higher and higher, and the gas prices go up and up? Shit it should be lower since the blood of our brothers and sisters in the oil. This whole thing just pisses me off, I'm tired ofhearing about IED's, IM tired of hearing about Killing of another AMerican Soldier, I"m tired of hearing about it. There's never any good news on anymore, like how the US is helping the Iraqi people build a government, or how they are banding together with the Americans to get rid of the insurgents, and furthermore, how they actually ENJOY having us there. A buddy of mine that is now on his 4th tour said that they love us over there, that kids walk up to us, and shake out hand, play ball with us, serve us tea, and bring us water. He said it's nothing like the new says it is. However he said that the violence is just like that, that there's IED's always going off, and things like that. He's with me, why don't the asshats come out and fight? Why blow someone up? Why not just come out and fight, what are you afraid of, remember if you die for your cause 'allah has promised you a place in heaven' BULLSHIT, you die for your cause you're a loser like the rest of the assclownz that blew themselves up, I mean comeon how stupid do you have to be? These assclowns seem to think that if yu kill yourself for the cause, then you are a God or something, and that's not the case. I don't understand how in the hell they can get that from the Koran. The Koran says nothing about killing people, least of all, those who disagree with you. I mean...it's a total line of bullshit. I don't care who you are, if you actually believe that you are going to 'heaven' for killing innocent people, then you need to be shot and killed where you stand. Sorry I don't agree with this, NONE of it, I think that pussy boy should bring our boyz and girlz home, and let the middle east kill themselves. Anyhow that's my thoughts on the subject, so anything else, let me know. ~~~MATT~~~

The Angry American part 4

This morning, I have seen something that touched me...it was something about a place...that I know most of you have never been, but you've heard of. Arlington National Cemetary. For those of you that don't know what it is, it's a national cemetary where our soldiers, and presidents are laid to rest. This is a beautiful place, there is a tomb there, it's of the unknown soldiers. This beautiful peice of land, and the tomb is guarded 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year, by soldiers of the 3rd infantry division. These soldiers are the example of what it's like to be the 'best of the best'. These soldiers walk this little peice of earth, and never mutter a word, or bitch because it's too cold, or it's too hot, or it's raining, or snowing, or whatever. They do this honor and never complain. Since the tomb has been there, it has never went unguarded...there was a hurricane that blew through the DC area, the guards were told that they did not have to guard the tomb during this time. But do you think that stopped them? No, they carried out their duty like the true soldiers they are. They did not want to 'abandon' post because of a little rain. These soldiers are the truest example of AMERICAN citizens. I honestly think that there isn't a better group out there. Arlington is a place that soldiers who have died in combat are laid to rest. They are given a headstone that tells what religion they are, their name, branch, rank, and what awards were won. Most of these brave men and women have a BRONZE STAR and a PURPLE HEART. One is given for bravery, the other for being wounded. However if they were alive I'm almost willing to bet that they wouldn't call themselves heros, so I will. Each and every soldier that's laid to rest in Arlington is a HERO, no matter what you may think, or what you may want to think, they died protecting and defending this great nation, and anyone that dies in the line of duty protecting my freedoms is a HERO. So as you read this, there's one person you can think, a teacher....however, the other person that you should thank is a soldier, for allowing you have the very freedom for which some of you take for granted every day. I know that these brave HEROS died so that I could be given the rights that are granted to me in the BILL of RIGHTS, and in the CONSTITUTION. I will never forget those that have paid the price, or that have been wounded and lived, but are missing a leg, or an arm, or anything else that would impair them. Because of them, I am able to write this, worship how I see fit, to get on line, to have the freedom of press, and the right to voice my opinion. There are many places that aren't as lucky as we are, so don't ever forget that or freedoms were paid for in blood of the innocent, and blood of the brave. I know that I will never forget these brave men and women, as they come home in flag draped coffins, carried with the highest respect, to a truely greatful nation they are laid to rest here, on this plot of land, to join their other brothers and sisters that also gave their lives just as they did. I salute those brave men and women that served before me, with me, and after me, I salute those that didn't make it home, I salute those that paid the price, with their life, but most of all I salute those that gave all they had to give. For without them we would no longer be free, my thoughts, and heartfelt words go out to the families of these HEROS, to the friends, the family, and the loved ones of these HEROS, because we are a nation, and no matter what happens, we will always rise above it, and better because of it. These brave men and women gave all they had to support our freedoms, and it is only now...that they have seen the end of the war. I will leave you with the quote of Plato, 'Only the dead have seen the end of the war.' --Plato
