1st, to give a brief explanation of the issue before I present my Question.
My Cousin is Hosting Thanksgiving Dinner at her House this Year. She Invited me to attend the Thanksgiving Dinner at her House, which I have always attended previously. This Year, I wanted to bring my New Boyfriend with me for my Family to meet. I messaged her if it was ok that I brought a Guest, so she would be expecting 2 people to Attend, instead of just myself.
I proceeded to watch as she was responding, and answering everyone else's Comments (as the Invite was sent via Facebook Msg), but ignored mine. I messaged her about it 3 times, if she was ok with me bringing a Guest, to continue being ignored, by my own Cousin...
So, here lies my Question:
Should I go ahead and Attend the Thanksgiving Dinner anyways and bring my Boyfriend for my Family to meet (it is a Day for Family after all...)
or
Not Attend after being disrespected as I'd been |
