Take the job or hold out for a better one

mum expired. [FRIENDS]

I was offered a job with $10,000 a year less then my last position. Only 5 holidays a year, 1 personal day and 5 days vacation a year. It is on the other side of Philadelphia which means rush hour traffic every day. Should I take the position because it is a sure thing or look for something better with the 4 months left on unemployment?
