I understand that it can be inappropriate in certain work places but I work in a factory on night shift. So if i swear talking to the guys/girls and if im not talking loud enough for people out of my work area to hear it why should I be written up for it. Im not saying shit about race or sex or anything offensive. Just when i bust my knuckle against the machine or talking about the asswhole who stole my tools last week why is it that the new supervisor (not even mine) gets to walk up behind me and hear me swear gets to then write me up. Opinions.
Ps if its crap about being professional i dont want to hear it i work endless months... straight and dont swear in front of everyone just the guys/girls i know are ok with it. |
