Strong Love Embrace me with your warm strong arms, Wrap yourself around me. take me to another place with all you have to give me. Your love is strong, yet gentle to the touch. No one would ever know that. I have had you once, And need you again, but only if you want me. If you take my heart, Then please cherish me. Do not put me down, Stick up for another, Or turn your back on me. When I love, It is with all I have, I never pretend to care. I am strong and stand on my own, So know that you can handle me. My heart has been broken a thousand times, A thousand more will come. Not only through love of the ones that pretend, But in other ways that I can assure you of.
