Stressed
mental capacity is overbearing
My shoulders need a rest
Emotional stress keeps building from social distress
Thoughts and emotions buzzing, thrashing in my head
A mental traffic jam keeps me restless instead
Feeling like I am to explode but end up fighting with instead
Not knowing were I was coming from, something snapped in my head
A word out of context or something I said
The anger within me gets reflected instead in emotional outburst
A release that quickens the blood, that hurts the innocent and painted the mind in red..
