- ASK BEFORE LINK DROPPING *COMMON SENCE*
- RESPECT STAFF, MEMBERS, AND VISITORS *COMMON SENCE*
- PLEASE DON'T DIRECT CAMS *COMMON SENCE*
- MUTE YOUR CAM IN RESPECT FOR THE DJ ON AIR *COMMON SENCE*
- NO BASHING OF PEOPLE OF OTHER LOUNGES *COMMON SENCE*
PLEASE DO NOT OVER ENFORCE THE COMMON SENCE RULES! WE ONLY RESPOND TO THESE IF THEY ARE BEING ABUSED.
Most these are "COMMON SENCE" rules and we WON'T be over governing or hounding people to not do them unless it becomes out of control! WE WANT TO HAVE FUN!!! We DON'T wanna hound people over common sence lounge respects that shouldn't be on a rules list! RED highlighted rules are PER FUBAR TOS and will be enforced at all times! PLEASE HAVE FUN!!!
SECTION 3: HIRING MODS
- Lounge Family: No Mods
- Cammers: No Mods
- Promoters: No Mods
- Greeters: Silence and Eject
- Enforcers: Silence, Eject, and Banned
- Head Greeter: Silence, Eject, and Banned
- Head Enforcer: Silence, Eject, and Banned
- Assnt GM: Silence, Eject, Banned, and Lounge Settings
- General manager: Silence, Eject, Banned, Staff, and Lounge Settings
- Human Resorces. Directors, Owners: Silence, Eject, Banned, Staff, and Lounge Settings
SECTION 4: POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lounge Family: These are friends of the lounge...Honored staff
- Cammers: Everyone is a potential cammer...But have Fun
- Promoters: WE DON'T PROMOTE AS A FULL TIME JOB..anyone can choose to if they want
- Greeters: Make visitors feel welcome, Try to keep convo moving
- Enforcers: Watch the lounge try to ensure other staff is confortable
- Head Greeter: *SEE ABOVE GREETER SECTION ABOVE* Look for potential greeters that fit the team and inquire they're hiring, if they would like a position point them out to the General Manager to be hired
- Head Enforcer: *SEE ABOVE ENFORCER SECTION ABOVE* Look for potential enforcers that fit the team and inquire they're hiring, if they would like a position point them out to the General Manager to be hired
- Assnt GM: *SEE GREETER AND ENFORCER SECTIONS ABOVE* Help keep a the lounge fun and look for Potential Hires in ALL areas
- General manager: *SEE GREETER, ENFORCER, AND ASSNT GM SECTIONS ABOVE* Hire staff and make sure they are propely Moded
- Human Resorces. Directors, Owners: These are onwer titles and will help in all areas
SECTION 5: WHAT EACH MOD DOES
- silence - The ability to mute patrons and delete lines of chat text
- eject - eject a patron from the lounge
- ban - unban/ban a patron from the lounge
- skin - edit your lounge skin *ONWER ONLY*
- motd - edit your lounge MOTD *OWNER ONLY*
- music - change your lounge music *ONWER ONLY*
- custom - change your three custom content fields *OWNER ONLY*
- staff - user can hire/fire mods, change staff permissions! Also able to silence/eject/ban other mods
- settings - permission to change lounge name, emotes, tags, privacy, posting type, icon, profanity filter, etc.
SECTION 7
Most of us have worked for lounges before... we have seen lounges go power happy with rules and it makes the lounge less fun. We are all here to have fun, so lets remember that. Lets not be a power happy lounge, and be proud that there are so many different types of people on fubar. This brings different convo and personality into the lounge.
This Blog is a staff reference so people don't have a bunch of notepads saved to their computers and will stay up to reference as often as needed. With that said We want staff to be in the lounge and visitors to come in cause everyone wants to be there NOT CAUSE IT EVER FEELS LIKE WORK! So use this blog loosely unless there is a issue needing to be adressed.
