actually, here's some stuff about me...

i'm an insomniac.

i like to drive my car with the top down late at night and think. sometimes i pick a destination, sometimes i just go. i talk to myself, to diety, to the wind - and sometimes i get my answers from odd places. it's a wonderful thing.



i'm always open to meeting new friends, hell, i'm friendly, or at least i usually am. unless i don't sleep for a couple of days - then all bets are off baby and god knows what you'll hear come popping out of my mouth. i've been known to go days without sleeping. but that's ok. i usually don't get myself into too much trouble.



i'm a professional photographer, a published poet and all around quirky person who has come to grips that impulses are a good thing as long as you're decently grounded.

i'm terribly truthful, wonderfully moral at heart and love life.


i'm a virgo & i'm fastidious and exceptionally loyal to people as long as they're not being completely stooooopid.

i'm also a leo magnet, god help me. it's that confidence damn them... they're simply mind poison to me and i love every second of it.



i'm a jersey girl at heart. at this point in my life i've lived elsewhere longer than i lived there but it's true that you can take the girl out of jersey but you can't take the jersey out of the girl. we're a different breed, straight forward - no head games - no bullshit. if i like you, i like you - if i don't, believe me you'll know it.

when i drink i drink tequilla, crown, jack or capn' and a good single malt is always appreciated - but i rarely get drunk enough that anyone can tell. i drink dark beer, smoke cloves and cuss like a sailor on occasion. i spend my *out* time watching drunk people and wondering wtf is going through their heads and playing trivia with my friends here in savannah

i'm smarter than most people assume i am... and i let them assume whatever they want. you know the old saying thought don't ass-u-me, eh? i happen to be the world's cutest under achiever according to my family. i do what i'm going to do and if you don't like it just remember that i never asked anyone else's opinion about my life except maybe 3 people - so if you're one of those you can feel free to proffer your opinion - otherwise shut the mouth, turn around, and go home if you don't like what i have to say because i am not going to change for anyone.

i'm my greatest fan. eventually i'll run away with myself into the sunset. or sunrise. one of those, because i know it's not going to be into the noontime sun. no way. i'm too pale, i'd burn and then peel and have nobody to flake away all that dead skin, not to mention scratch my back.

anybody got one of those bath poofy things on a stick? i hear they do a good job of backscratching & since i can't lure anyone here to do the job i guess that will have to do ;)

Life is so full of possibilities - and i'm learning fast how to embrace the fact that you never know what's going to happen from one day to the next and what you really have to do is just go with it... and see what comes of life.

i'm a mom, a grandma, a daughter and a sister. i'm a loyal friend and a child advocate.

i love a lot of things... sunsets, sunrises, kitties and bunnies and all the expected female draws... kind men, flowers and bad boys - but the list of what i hate is shorter so i'll just list that instead:

i hate bull$hit (if you're a bullshyt artist just shut up. tell me the truth.)
i hate liars (the truth is always enough. always.)
i hate cheaters (just leave if you want someone else, don't drag somebody else's germs into my bedroom.)
i hate porn (my own sex life is enough for me i don't need to watch someone else.)
i hate grabby men (if i want you to touch me i'll let you know if not hands the hell off please.)
i hate okra.
that's about it.



i want to find a way to live that includes being happy - i seek bliss - and someone to share it with.

one day you can stumble upon the person who's going to help you find the way to bliss - the real path to happiness is being open to possibilities.

sometimes people set themselves up for failure. i know i did that on a regular basis before. not any more. life is going to work out.

sometimes what we think we want isn't even close.
sometimes what we get is amazing when we're not looking.
sometimes good things are worth waiting for.. and working for..

so suprise me... i might just suprise you too.

i want what i want and god help anyone who tries to stop me. got that?
