It is damn hard,
This life we live.
Full of struggles,
And full of burdens that we are given.
Going through the process,
Picking ourselves up when we fall.
We sit and cry,
From the hurt and pain.
Yet there is the laughter and love,
That we can feel again.
No one said it would ever be easy.
We grow and reflect,
Remembering what we were told,
"Don't be in a hurry to grow up."
When our souls return home.
We return to take a new journey on this earth plane.
It is a different journey indeed.
We have all of our past history.
Karma that hasn't yet been worked out,
But yet we still create our new debts.
Until we reach the end of the souls destiny,
Never returning again.
