about a month ago i found out my brother & his fiance are getting married in December this year... i've come to the decision that because he made my childhood hell & cause he still treats me like a kid that i don't wanna go to his wedding... i've told my mum this & she can't seem to get it thru to her "thick skull" that i just don't want to go to it... i've offered to pay for the airfare & accommodation costs for my daughter to go so she can see her cousin... my mum even made the threat today that if i don't go then she'll feel "guilty" & also won't go... why can't she understand that i just don't get along with my brother & no amount of alcohol at the reception is going to make me enjoy myself at the wedding... fact is when i found out my brother got engaged i couldn't even make myself feel happy for him... also another deciding factor in my not going is the fact that my boyfriend is going to be visiting me at the time of the wedding all the way from America, i can't exactly go away for a week while he's here & leave him behind cause that's just plain rude... anyways that's my rant for the day
