There could only be one Idol in my life and thats my sister JoAnn who was over come with so much pain for so many years and always found a way to smile and to make everyone around her smile . so for my sister that my family loved so dearly I wrote this poem for her and how we all felt at the time of her death and at this very moment .

The Broken Chain...

We little knew that day , God was going to call your name,
In life we loved you dearly ,And in death we do the same,
It broke our hearts to lose you, But you did not go alone,
For part of us went with you ,For the pain was to much,
The day God called you home,You left us beautiful memories,
Your love is still our guide,And though we cannot see you, You are always by our side.
Our family chain is broken, And nothing seems the same,
But as God calls us one by one ,The chain will link again..

On april 28th 2006 my sister ,my best friend left this world and everyone she loved behind to be pain free. and thats what helps my family deal with our pain . just to know that she will never have to feel pain again instead feel nothing but happiness and love . we miss you my sweet sister and i will see you again when my name is called to add a link to our broken chain...
