today started out pretty shitty. i woke up at about 8am because my younger sister was having issues with our shower. in her defense we need a new shower head badly. the little rotating 'pressure setting' swivel thing on top isn't working right and it decides to change settings on it's own...must be loose i guess. so. 8am. sound asleep until i hear her SCREAMING. i seriously thought something bad happened. like. i don't know. she fell and broke something?
so i rush into the bathroom, throw open the door, to find her standing outside of the shower while the shower head is sending jets and sprays of water all over the place. so. obviously she does nothing but stand there. i jump in and turn the shower off. she's still got soap in her hair and looks to me like i'm going to fix the problem. usually i'm a pretty nice girl - and would totally atleast try to fix it....not that i'm a plumber or know anything about shower heads - but uhh, i'm quite savvy when i care.
long story longer, i told her to wash the rest of her hair in the sink and that i would go out to look for a new shower head today while she was at school. when in reality, all i did was tell my mother to look into it. which she did, and totally got a new one. which i'm thankful for.
but once i'm up. i can't get back to sleep. so. at 8am i called up my bff from HS megan and we went and had ourselves some breakfast. she was pretty pissed that i called and woke her up, but whatever. you know. i needed a partner to suffer with.
by the time we were done eating things started to clear up...it was kinda hazy this morning. but it became beachable. so that's where we spent the rest of the day.on the beach, with some highly alcoholic jungle juice. played some volly ball with random guys who sucked horribly....met up with some other friends for dinner....and now here i am.
i'm sure you all care about my day. hah. i don't know. i figured i should use this blog thinggy.
