I was sitting at a light the other day and got rear ended by a 70 year old woman. She claims I stopped short which is funny because I was stopped for at least 5 minutes at the light. The Police officer and the witnesses agreed with me and said that she was 100% wrong but she would not stop fighting about it. My question is should it be mandatory to be retested for your drivers license when you are over 65?
P.S my girlfriends mother is 80 and accidently put the car in forward gear instead of reverse and took out her fence. I had to laugh at that one. |
