| My youngest son had an appointment scheduled with a surgeon for tomorrow, today I got a call from someone in the billing department she said that my older son has an outstanding bill that had been referred to an attorney's office for collections and until I paid that bill with a credit card they could not treat my youngest son no matter how sick he is, I exploded on her, my child is in alot of pain and needs to be seen so they can schedule surgery ASAP,and she said they will not treat any of my children until the bill was paid, so I asked her how much it was, she said that is is office policy and she couldn't tell me anything about the account, I said WTF, you just called me to ask about it you dumb bitch, and gave her some choice words, then I hung up on her. Should I call her back and apologize or just look for another surgeon? |
