The rules for the participants are as follows:
1. Contest will start at 9PM CST(Monday 1/1).It
will run for 1 week it will end at 9pm cst
(Monday 1/8).
2. No nudity
3. Must have more then one pic of your face in your pics to verify its really you.
4. Everyone may rate themselves and vote for themselves only ONCE.
5. Other voters may vote as many times as they want...there is no limit for them.....
6. In the event of a tie of votes....your pitcure rating will be the tie breaker....
7. In the event of a tie and the ratings are tied then the amount of times your picture is rated will be the final tiebreaker.
(so for example....if 2 people have 50 votes then tiebreaker #1 is your rating...if 2 people are both rated the same (example 10) then the amount of times your pic was rated will be the final tiebreaker)
These are the rules pretty simple and straight foward...I wanna make it fair for everyone and I want everyone to have fun....
