Alright. I do some work with women who've been sexually assaulted. Some have even ended up pregnant through this. I've been helping what I can over the past seven years.
I was simply amazed by the number of men who leave their women once they've been assaulted because they can't deal with what happened to their girlfriends/wives.
I was doubly shocked when the same thing happened to me. I was assaulted, and two days afterwards my boyfriend left saying precisely that he 'couldn't deal with what happened' to me.
HE couldn't deal. It's almost laughable. Almost.
Anyways, for the guys.
Honestly, could/would any of you leave your girlfriend/wife if she'd been assaulted? Can you tell me why, if you would? |
