Hello. I'm 26, (27 this year. fucken old.)

I was born in New Zealand, back in 1979. where I lived till I was ten. we (as a family) moved to AUSTRALIA in 1990, where I grow up and pretty much done everything. (schooling, apprenticeship e.t.c) I started my Pastry/Baker apprenticship in mid 1998 finishing in early 2002. Where I worked, till the end of the year and moved to the U.K. where I've lived since.

Apart from that, I dont do much. work hard, and spend every other spare time with my girlfriend. (I work 150miles away from her, so only see each other on weekends. bit hard but we get though it. 14 months soon)

Lovemy job. its taken me around the world, and had the lucky chance of eatting in top restaurants around U.K, (fat duck, NOBU, just to name a few.) france, spain and the states. (all for free aswell.
