About me? Well, I was a conductor for the Norfolk Southern Railroad out of Cleveland, Ohio. However, I've been furloughed. That's laid off for all you non-railroaders. I guess this makes me a real railroader now. Anyway, I've been off ever since they announced the recession and the union says it'll be a years before I get back to work (if I do...my seniorty might not allow it). For the first time I was able to hold a job that I was able to support my family comfortably...and now that is gone.
