I rate friends randomly and try to visit often. I'm the first to admit I am bad at leaving comments. I don't sell my ability points but reserve them for friends who have been good to me and/or close to leveling. I help those who help themselves, don't beg for rates if you don't plan on helping yourself in the process. On that note, if you have deleted your account not once but 2-3 times, don't expect the same type of help. Don't mistake my kindness for weakness.
