I am a 42 YO web developer who spends WAAAYYY too much time on the computer! I will add more about me when I have some more time, but it's like 2:30 in the a.m. and I really need to get some sleep. And, yes I shot all the pictures you see there (company I was working for got me an all access pass pretty much anywhere I wanted to go... It was really cool!) Nothing horribly special about me. I'm an avid cyclist (mountain biker). I love to ride. There are days I don't want to look at the bike and other days I wish my ride lasted forever. .."I have to say my hardest days are my easy days. I find them more mentally draining because I have to force myself to go easy. It's very weird to tell yourself that going slow makes you go fast.".. -Liz Hatch It's easy to go out and ride hard for hours but it's hard to make yourself slow sown for an easy/off day. I supplement to continually achieve higher levels of success in my workouts and rides. I take Universal's Animal Pak (vitamins & minerals) and Animal Cuts (contains stims and used for cutting). With only those two, BSN's NO-Xplode, and a low calorie/high protein powder, I have been able to lose alot of weight, pack on good muscle and maintain all of my results and maintain my performance levels when cycling off.
