Thinking of adding a room

I'm getting up there in years
& not 'getting around" as fast or easily as i used to
I can build, no problem, knowledge wise.

But; to save footsteps & reaching, bending, time & effort...

Should i get a kit ?
or
build it from scratch ?

the cost matters
so dunno quite what the money difference would be; kit vs from scratch

E - buy material separate & cut build it all "from scratch"

F - Other, you know a better place or way.

Note; these things are all billed as "Sheds"
so i don't think a permits required

If I "Do it myself" i still might keep the unit separate from the home
w/ just an Awning built between the House & (bonus room)"bedroom"

None have inside wall paneling or drywall
