Today was a hard day for me, After rushing my cat Chester to the emergency vet last night, we followed up with his normal vet this morning to find out he had a heart disease, among a few other complications and was in very bad shape. They exhausted all options for him to try to save him, but in the end I decided that the best thing to do for him was to put him down. The hardest decision I have ever had to make. But since he was getting worse and all we were doing was buying time, the meds didn't help him. I guess this was his time, after 10 years with me. Anyone that was honored to have known him, knew that he was the most friendly, loveable cat you could ever meet. My heart is breaking, but I know in my heart it was what was best for him, he isn't in anymore pain or suffering. He was loved imensly and will be missed terribly!
