I just recently found a redhead at work attractive. I'm normally not attracted to redheads, but she's cute. I won't lie. She had a nice smile and I like the fact she's about 5'4". I like shorter gals. My thing is...she is on a different shift than me and each day I try to be nice to everyone on my previous shifts so that we all get along and work together because if we do well we can have a weekend off, but when I am nice to her she acts like I am nothing. Should I just be a dick to her or just be nice cause that is the right thing to do?
