During the resurrection, a living gingerbread man had wandered into the area. He was escaping the clutches of his creators.
"You can't catch me, I'm the Gingerbread Man." the cookie sung to himself happily.
All of a sudden, a foot stomped down on him. The gingerbread man let out a shout of surprise. Looking up, he found himself staring into the eyes of Little Red.
"Hey, who, what, where." Gingy exclaimed.
"Look what I found master." Red replied. "A gingerbread man."
The Wolf walked over and looked down at the helpless gingerbread man. He licked his lips, drool dripping from his teeth onto the gingerbread man's face.
"I always liked gingerbread." The wolf chuckled.
As Red lifted her fist, the wolf picked up the struggling gingerbread man.
"Wait a second." Gingy complained. "Don't you know who the hell I am? I'm the Gingerbread Man.!!!!"
The wolf laughed, a horrible sound.
"Do I look like I care little cookie?" the wolf asked. "At least you will not be eaten by a fox or have your legs ripped off by a short-tempered dwarf."
With a snarl, the wolf threw Gingy shrieking up into the air.
"Oh no!" the Gingerbread Man screamed. "This isn't supposed to happen. I am the Gingerbread Man!!!"
The screaming cookie was caught in the toothy jaws of the wolf. There was only a high-pitched half-scream before the wolf bit down on the gingerbread man with a sickening crunch. Like blood, cherry-colored creamy filling flowed out of Gingy, squirting some on Red's face. With a finger, Red wiped off the cherry-filling and licked it off her finger. Gum drop buttons and icing fell to the ground.
Gingerbread crumbs fell from the wolf's jaws as he swallowed the dead treat whole. He licked his lips, taking in all the icing.
"Master, why did you not eat the gum drop buttons?" Red asked.
The wolf chuckled. He stroked Red's left cheek.
"Silly girl." the wolf retorted. "Don't you know you're not supposed to mess with a gingerbread man's gum drop buttons?"
