Okay- well, a lot of shit is happening in the Corps right now. The Commandant is talking about keeping Marine's with excessive tattoos from re-upping, which would fuck me over because somehow they consider my FOUR tattoos excessive. Oh well - fuck it. However much closer on the horizon - the Commandant also wants to change out Marine's from stationary units (like mine) to units deploying soon. So that Marine's who are doing consecutive tours have time to re-coup and train better and harder. So within the next year I might be in Iraq. So we'll see how things go. Aside from that I'm going home next month for about 2 weeks - my mom's turning 50 so hopefully this will be a good birthday present. Aside from that ... there's not a whole lot going on ... yeah, well, I'm outta here. Late.
