Now I realize too late

Maybe it was just fate

Why couldn't I see

What you really need

I am the one that could have been

Why was I so blind to see?

We were there, just you and me

Now alone I sit

Missing the fire that we lit

That flame is now blown out

Never to burn again without a doubt

So I sit here thinking of you and I

I just ask the stars, why? oh why?

There is nothing to do

Its time to get over you.

So I say good bye to all we had

This is just too sad

I wish I didn't have to go through that door

I realize that you want me no more.
