I forgot to mention this yesterday, but we got Cookie's back taxes in the mail yesterday! YAY! So now I can go out and buy our baby's new pack n' play bed, and either the stroller or the bedset. I could actually get both, but I don't know if I want to get them both today. I'm thinking I will probably get the stroller system today, as then I can breathe easier about having a car seat and the stroller AND the bed...instead of just having my pretty bedset I picked out. LOL...next items on the list are the swing, A space rug, and some wall hangings. Early this summer/Late Spring, my dad and mom are going to help me transform the guest bedroom. BOTH the kids will be occupying it. But, it has wallpaper that was put up when I was 7 still, which is peeling in places. So we have to steam the paper off, and we are going to paint it a nice sage green color....which will look alright with the mauve carpet (according to my mother), and will also match the baby's bedset. Then we will look for a wall border of unicorns for my daughter. I also plan to find her a couple of poster pictures to frame and put up behind her bed of unicorns. Then I will put the space rug where the baby's crib and changer will be, thus giving the baby it's own little corner.With a few wall hangings around the crib, it will make that corner completely the baby's.
