For those of you who do not know, I am in the Real Estate Business. I am a Title insurance Underwriter/Closer. I was pushed into Law School by my parents and being that I do not like to Judge I chose Real Estate/Consumer Finance as my area of expertise. Once upon a time, My business was booming with sales/refinances. Now, it the declination of my business is devastating. I can almost everyones point of view being that I am the closer and deal with all parties involved on a transaction. One of My clients whom we like to call the Donald Trump of Kentucky lends his own money to people with poor credit and save them from foreclosure. I see their Titles and Credit Report and it saddens me to see people with families who has literally worked their ass off for what they have lose it because of GREED. I will quote a famous Proverb, " DO NOT BITE THE HANDS THAT FEEDS YOU" Would you rather eat from the rapists/abuser or would you rather fight for your rights and or your LIFE ? I also do seettlesments with mortgage companies and I will tell you they have the WORST people working for these departments. THey go by a Book and contain NO COMMON SENSE. (Have you ever called a Sprint Agent before) Yea, it is something like that..Someone who sits behind a desk and has no compassion for American or American Families cries. Face it, ALOT of people do not have perfect/ good credit anymore because of the lack of rights one holds over there credit. For instance If I can gt ur social security number and or name I can report to a credit company that you owe me money. You will NOT find out til you get ready to do something that incurs credit and even if you file a dispute it will still show as disputed and because of the current surviving mortgage companies underwriting guidelines. You will more than likely be denied. Truth is. No I do not believe in Credit Cards. If you can not afford to buy it in cash then why need it ?? Maybe a few things are exceptional as with all rules of thumb but few will hardly have the money to buy a home with cash so i believe in a mortgage company. Say what you will about subprime lending but it has lead to many more homeownerships in the last decade than traditional lending. The Bail out ?????? HMMMMMMM.... this is another blog coming soon... One thing though... It will NOT build the Dream of Building up the market again.. More than likely your home is losing marketable value as we speak/read.. Some cities in the USA may still be a "booming" market. However, rest assure time is coming.. Unfortunate but true... I sit here wondering the cure...I have many plans however, who will listen or care enough to change?? We can't even change a spotlight value let along a dying america... Why ??
