I just wanted to let folks know that we are running a few contests at

Scavenger Giveaway: Win a hardcover copy of Bram Stoker award-winning author
David Morrell's most recent book. In Scavenger, Frank Balenger is
angst-ridden over the death of his wife and caught up in a romance with
Amanda Evert, a woman who resembles his lost love. Amanda is kidnapped and
used as a pawn by the "evil super-genius" Adrian Murdock to force Balenger
to track down a time capsule for him. To enter the Scavenger giveaway just
e-mail us a list of the three things you would include in a time capsule
that would best represent the year 2007. The top five entries will receive a
copy of the book. You must be 18 or older to enter. Send your entries to

Rev. Mayhem wants people to know:
I am now working for a web-based radio station and we reach an international audience, please come check us out. We play, between our collective of DJs, a large variety of music. My DJ ID is Reverend Mayhem and I play all things metal, glam, death, shock-rock, underground and psychopathic(as in the record label). Also, we always try to give a break to new, unsigned and indie artists, so are you are in or know someone in a local band and think you have the chops to make it and want to be heard, hit me up with a hotbox giving a short synopsis of the band/their sound and a link to their myspace page or somewhere where I can hear samples of their music. We do not use just anyone, but if we think it's good, we'll play them. Think you're band or your friend's band is the next rising star we need to play? Prove it!
