Drunken-Sober
I'd like to see you when your sober.
Instead you walk around all hung-over.
Struggling, you pick your face up off the floor.
I watch you staggering, stumbling out the door.
You aren't the same person to me anymore.
We can't go back, no not like before.
Everything with you, it is a war.
Act like you give a damn if I really care.
A friend like me is really rare.
You'll wish one day that I was there,
to pick up the pieces of you laying there.
Soon you will realize in the end,
that I was your one true friend.
But will it be when your drunk or sober?
