Here is a poem my sister wrote for my mother-in-law.
My time here is done,It may not have always been fun, But memories I take with me, Will keep me happy for the next eternity.
I know as you sit there and gaze upon my body
that your tears will fall and your heart will break,
For I to was once in your place.
But remember now and in the future hours the memories that are our's.
Keep me close to your heart and always know we are never truly apart.
To my children I leave behind this sad sad day I want to say
You made my life whole in so many ways.
You taught me love I would have never known.
And to my grandchildren that put the sparkle in my eye
I will keep watching as you grow from my new home here in the sky.
And to my family, loved ones and friends
Who's love and blessing never came to an end
When you see that hummingbird fly by
Its only me checking in to say HI
