I'm upset that my mum was deleted and sent to admin. I feel this should not have been done. I read the terms and conditions. They said this when i looked up guidlines for mums:
MUMM stands for Make Up My Mind. It is designed to be a platform to allow you to pose a question that has an A and B option.
MUMMs are NOT designed to promote yourself or anyone else, gain points, advertise an event or commercialized product, or promote racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm against any group or individual. MUMMs must also NOT contain inappropriate conduct, phone numbers and contact information, nudity, violence, or offensive subject matter, nor can it provide links to adult websites.
Any use of PHOTOS or VIDEOS posted in the MUMMs must be appropriate and relevant to that MUMM, or the MUMM will be deleted.
fubar has the right in its sole discretion to delete a MUMM with or without notice if it contains any of the above material and/or deems it inappropriate content, and can thereby suspend your privileges of use for the feature for an undisclosed amount of time.
My mum which i stated should someone see a theripist. (it was another user) this was in response to her own mum which she had posted 23 hours prior to my post. Her post was about someone who would not stop calling her even though she did not tell him to stop, after they went out on one date. I was giving her advice and of course I had voted on the mum. Then I was reading some of her other comments from other users, and I felt I had to deffend her so I did. Then she cam on basically saying oh well geez this was months ago and I had set him up with my best friend awhile ago and I just wanted to have some fun on here. I was very upset that I had wasted my time defending her and thought seriously this lady needs to get some psychological help if shes messing with people. So I posted my mum concerning her.

They say they dont want to censor anyone but they have if they concidered my mum an issue and had it removed as well as reporting it to admin. I can understand a certain amount of censorship but come on a question such as " who thinks so and so need to see a theripist" is hateful or threatening physical harm. What next not having our picture on here because it may offend someone.
So anyway back to what iwas saying it was not hateful. It did not suggest or imply any type of harm to another person nor was it inapproprate.
I logged in the next night after work and find this in my shout box:
CareBear &...: Your mumm has been sent to Fubar administration screen captured as well.
CareBear &...: You have 5 minutes to remove that mumm or it will be reported to Fubar Admin and removed for you. Plus the possibility of further action against your account. Like Deletion. It is against theTerms Of Service. It's 25 after now.
CareBear &...: You need to delete that mumm real quick.
First off I logged off after a couple of comments I made, so i did not know it was concidered an issue. Secondly I dont see what the issue could have been.
So i emailed Babyjesus because he was on the list under meet us. I told him about it and have yet to recieve a reply. Hopefully if he felt this was not something he could do he would know who to send it to.
Even now writing this I am still upset about it. I am a kind hearted and honest person who will tell you how it is. AND I FEEL BLACK BALLED HERE!!!! Everything here, that is used as a reference or responses I recieved, was takin directly from my shout box as well as from the help section on this site. Tell me what you think and how you would feel about this.
