I sometimes write poetry...


The sun glowing,
Knowing my every thought and emotion,
Slowly lowering in the horizon like my soul,
Forgiving all that was wrong in my life today...
The sun flowing,
across the sky like my thoughts,
to a place where nothing matters,
releasing anxious urges and my need for freedom...
The sun knowing,
a telling light..I see so clearly now,
All is as it should be. For tonight,
as I sit on this swing...watching..
The sunset.

Somewhere in time
there is a place
where love reigns
where there is nothing
to lose or gain
