| Ok so, I'm more looking for opinions rather than making up my mind on this one. But, there's been a lot of drama at work the last 3 weeks, and this week the corporate big dogs flew in from new jersey to deal with it. Ever since I started at this job almost 4 years ago, our head HR lady has done a horrible job. She basically swept any and every issue under the rug instead of doing her job,including the sexual harassment case that brought this all to a boil. Now the big dogs come in and spent all 3 days interviewing over 50 people one by one. Half of those people are being questioned only because of what they do outside of work, meaning hooking up with co workers outside of work. To me this seems absolutely absurd. In my opinion work and personal life are 2 completely different things, and what goes on outside of work is none of their business. Am I right or wrong? I'm curious to see what y'all think. |
