My only day off... a day to blow off steam...Am-2 called me and said she was up all night throwing up. Something bad she ate..ok fine. we rescheduled for a movie and probably dinner Sunday night. (What normally keeps me at work late is not happening) so i went out. I started and a major chain bar/restaurant got some food and a beer. Boring place. Phony people everywhere you look. Went to a local place next.. not that exciting either.. so I moved on to the next. This one i had known from a long time ago. It was a hopping place back then and it has grown bigger now and was even more exciting. I worked my way to the bar , planning to order a beer and stroll through the crowd. Man the poor girl was slammed. A guy told me the bartenders name and told me to ask her for what i wanted... poor sap. The bartender saw me looked me in the eye and I already knew her thoughts. Working in the industry just by that she had told me , I'm trying my best dear. I'll get to your order as soon as i can. If you know what Iâm going through you'll wait. Now any rube that never worked in a bar or restaurant would have no clue , and just harass her till she got there drink. so I sat down next to the guy who told me her name. (also the to girls sitting to the right helped also.
I told him. I worked in this industry before and Iâll wait for her to get caught up. I'm in no rush. I got my beer within 3-5 minutes anyway. Now working solo can be very hit or miss. It's harder to work groups and approaches can be awkward. Show up to a place t early and if your waiting for the right target ... you can become creepy scary dude real fast.. and that can end the night real quick. So i decided to use some of my acting ability's here. I told the guy I was next to. I was here scouting locations for a movie that was being shot here this fall and that I was from New York. He turned out to be a nice guy , at one point he confided in me he had a hard time picking up women. so I gave him a few tips and how to make the one your after go crazy for you. When you approach a group make everyone a part of it save for the girl you are after. as soon as you can neg her...(give her a negative comment.) What?? insult the girl i want ...are you insane? yes ..yes i am. You have the whole groups attention. She just was dissed. everyone she knows is paying attention to you. She is going to try like hell to get back at you and that forces one on one interaction.
The guy next to me was amazed. So i lit up a cigarette. One of the two on my right asked me if she could have one of them. She was the hotter of the two so i went in to hunt mode. I hesitated and said.."Um yeah sure i guess so, (like i didn't want to really give her one) but i handed her one and she felt i didn't want to. So she said
"I'll pay you for it" (perfect here comes your neg lady)
"I don't think you can pay that price." I handed her my light and made her light it herself. I looked back at the guy i had been coaching and he looked at me like i blew it. 5 seconds later she asked
"so what would have been the price (Boom!)
"Oh just a kiss on the cheek."
"OK" she leaned over her friend and kissed me
The guy thought i was amazing. I asked the other girl if she wanted one she said she didn't smoke. So I told her to bad they were still the same price but you would have to kiss him (pointing to the guy next to me. Trying to get him in the game. I chatted with the two for a while and the guy never got in the game . So he said he had to leave. I talked with both girls for over an hour and bought them a round of drinks. I ended up getting a phone number and the asked me to come back here Wednesday night for $1.50 off martini's. I said sure. Buy now it was 1 am and one of them had to working in the morning so they left. I soon followed after and called it a night.
