the sounds of guns and sirens at night use to put me to sleep i grew up broke so not much food to eat but cheap always had to wash our clothes in it a day struggle for some seems easy to me because i been through the worst and survived don't even know how i made it out alive sometimes especially when i had to grip the nine and defend mine at such a young gripping the gauge never had time to play only time to make money now its funny because i'm on a different plateau on some philosphical save the kids let the truth be known about the government and politics i owe them from the way i grew and all the drama i been through curcified on this hip-hop cross staring at the sky wondering when its this mc's time to die spread love in the mean while teach lessons throughout the community teach brothers and sisters we need more unity because crip really stand for community revolution in progress we may have forgotten this in the process but lets not let this thought ever leave our minds no more needing to grind cousin leave the gang stuff alone because together red and blue make purple the color love slide the ish under the rug one love one bullet one time to shine so lets make this movement our forefathers of gangs wanted this to be live in there way help one another
