About 10 days ago I found a nice bass guitar in a gig bag leaning against the rentable storage building about a block from my house on my way to work. It was about 6 a.m. and it was raining pretty hard. I usually stop by the place to get a Mountain Dew from the machine out front on my way to work in the mornings. I picked it up and looked inside to find the bass. It was getting soaked so I put it in my Jeep and went around front and knocked on the door. No answer, they weren't open. I called the place and left a message describing what I had found and left my number. I found a card with a name and number inside one one of the pockets on the gig bag. I called it three times that morning and twice the next day. No answer, no voice mail. I got the bass home, cleaned it up, dried it off and leaned it up in the corner.
Now what do I do? |
