Oklahoma is the only state so far to pass a bill dealing with illegal aliens It went into effect Nov 1. This is the bill:
House Bill 1804
What does the law say?
House Bill 1804 requires local and state law enforcement agencies to check the immigration status of anyone arrested in felonies and DUIs, and then coordinate with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to have those people deported.
The law also requires state agencies to verify citizenship before disbursing public benefits or funds. In addition, it stops illegal immigrants from obtaining driver's licenses.
