On Saturday Oct 7th at 11:00pm to 1:30ish on stand off with 15 offericers carrying M-16s and police dogs. The Situation begins while I was sleeping I woke uo to police surrounding my aunt and uncle that I help take care of as both are very sick and uncle is not looking to last much longer.
Anyway my uncle shot three round from a pilot gun into the side of sheild to scare stupid as cats of the property because we own wolfs. Anyways this drug dealer setting down at the end of our drive thought some how 30 rounds of shout guns went off at her which was not the case. This lady called and stated we had high power guns which we aren't even carrying.
Next thing I hear is offers surrounding our house and using blow horn for my uncle and myself to come out with hand up. Get this my uncle was little over 200lbs just about a year ago and now weighs less tahn 135 lbs. He was sick on the toilet and can barely move around because of having a broken back a while back. I had to help in out of the house which took another 15 mins. AS we walked out on the porch my uncle and myself refused to come of the porch as 8 of the 15 officers were lined up with M-16s and other guns while also having police dogs.
My aunt had went outside to see what was going on. she had no idea that officers were already in the yard and had M-16 pointed at her and was not read her rights what so ever. As she was handcuffed the offer placed the hand cuff on so tight that even days later the inprint of the cuffs are still there with now bursing. After being hand cuffed she was litterly thrown into a masion county shrief car, which effected her medical problem with shoulder after just having major surgrey to reattach rowtater cup in left shoulder, she has been taking rehab and now has been set back over a month and has to see another specialist as officers didnt care about the effect of through a humanbean into an area that is small and for NO reason. get this to she was a only her nightgown and stated she had medical problems that need to be taken into consideration before ever placing hand cuffs on someone that legally did nothing to be place into them in the first place.
We have contacted the local county police to have the false complaint witness arrested and no one or the accusser was arrested or respond to our complaint on a false police report which is a crime in its self. On top of that the officers walk right by the car that was fully of all the drugs and did nothing about the lady dealing right in front of them.
