I was out in my backyard yesterday and I tripped over a carpet on my patio, broke a chair trying to grab a hold of anything I could. I ended up face down in a ditch for the wall. I couldn't move. A friend helped me out of the ditch and on to my back. As he was helping me to my feet, the fucker dropped me, twisting my ankle and arm. Then to top off my day, I dropped tv remote. Went to pick it up and ended up back on the FUCKING floor. I'm all scraped up and bruised. Feel like someone beat me with a bat.
Should I go back to using a cane.
Make sure there is nothing I can trip over.
Wrap myself in bubble wrap and stay in the house. |
