What are you waiting for?
I find myself in question of alot of things. I have my days of sitting and pondering the most ridiculous things, while on other days my mind's skepticism of all things existent seems nonexistent. I've questioned the meaning of life, as many of us have. I've questioned the meaning of salt on a French fry (Sure it tastes better, but is it really necessary?) I've over analyzed the reasoning that another person can't just accept that I disagree with their point of view and leave it at that. And I find myself asking the question, "Why even bother?"
Do we drift across these tiny morsels of thought because we are just bored? Or is it just a need to, even occasionally, question everything? What psychological make-up is it that drives us to do what not all have it within them to do? To question, analyze and even exhaust ourselves with the search of our own self perceived truths. To the common dictionary or encyclopedia there is but one answer. There may be 10 different sub answers but they all point back to only one answer, that it is what it is and it should be left at that.
Have you ever sat and had a discussion or a debate or even an argument with someone? Have you ever heard an answer to a question that only infuriated you because, although it made sense, it completely disproved a point of view you have never even entertained the possibility of being wrong? What if you flipped it? What if you weren't wrong at all? What if in actuality you are both right in your own minds? We scurry across this plane of existence believing that it is the one true existence. We argue a point believing it will help us find that one true point. But if possibility is as infinite as the universe, then does that not mean the possibility of multiple planes of existence? Does that not mean that an answer can be innumerable? We scour the minds of our peers in hope of a single answer but why restrict ourselves to a single answer? Why not accept, instead, the possibility of multiple answers in a world that could not possibly be of a single existence?
When the day comes that all existence is to be extinguished, what if instead it were viewed as the day when all existence merely rises to a higher level of existence. Earth becomes man, man becomes god, and god becomes simply an unfathomable level of existence to which there are many answers instead of becoming only one omnipotent being. To those of us with even a fraction of open-minded view to the world outside this, it may not seem so far-fetched. But the shocking truth has many faces not just a single appearance.
If you walked out your front door and started a deep conversation with someone the percentage of those people who laughed in your face or even just stared at you blankly would probably surprise you. The general masses of the world are not in tune with the true extent of the human mind. The ability to create through question. For those with a photographic memory, they could create an entire world from a single question. The multitude of answers that an individual can create in that one question, whatever it may be, bestows upon them the ability to create this beautiful world of crisp colors and exquisite landscapes. In retrospect if it weren't for our questions, or acceptance of multiple answers, we wouldn't be here now.
