| I've been used and abused but I can't hate anyone who has hurt me because there is no room for hate in my heart. Hate is a poison that corrupts the spirit. i only need people that are not about revenge and hate in my life. I can't take head games and negativity. I have a hard enough time being positive for myself. I can be positive for my friends when they are down and out or will at least consider my opinion when asked. But if a friend is only there when they need help then that's not a friend. I can and have looked past grudges and I will not stray from my values. Someone in my life doesn't believe you need friends and that there is no such concept. I say bullshit! Friends that are true are far and few but those that you find to be real and compassionate are the ones that we must cherish everyday. Tell those you love how much you care every chance you get because life goes by in a quick breeze and when it's over you shouldn't have regrets. |
