Wooooooo hooooooo!!!!!
for the first time in like 10 years i am completely pain free!! went to the doctor yesterday.... had 4 injections in my back i know sounds scarey... well that explians the anxiety attack i had in the waiting room.. but i have a really cool dr.. and when i got back into the procedure room.. she calmed me down... was like maybe we should have given you some valum... i was like it didnt work last time.. she laughed at me and we got started... she talk dot me throughout the whole thing.... which helped a lot.... but she told me no playing for a week... bummer... oh well... pain free is so much nicer...
