                                                                        (Neutral E-Turf)

                                                   Please read and understand before you accept
This is an alliance of turfs who are willing to back each other like family. All alliance turfs have an equal voice.  Even though I am the one who is asking you to join  my voice has no more or less power than yours if you are voted into the alliance. Every  alliance turf will have 3 people to represent their turf, but  only 1 vote per turf .
The only ones who can call for an all out war are the ones who your turf has chosen to represent it.
 To be part of this alliance your turf will have to drop all allies that are not a part of the NET.  You may keep your old allies as friendly turfs if you want, but if the alliance calls war on one of your friendly turfs you must back the alliance and attack the turf the war was called on. Failure to do so will get your turf removed from the alliance and your turf will be hit by us all. When you become part of this alliance you can ask all of your allies that you choose to join us. But we will only have 15 to 20 turfs in this alliance. We can’t have all of mafia as allies(who would we fight). So if we are full we are full. If you leave the alliance you need to do this in a friendly manner and it will be voted on. If the allied turfs are ok with you leaving the alliance you will not be touched as a result. If you are voted to be not allowed to leave then your turf will be hit. This will depend on your reason for wanting out.
You must accept all of the allied turfs that are already a part of THE NET, and they must accept you as an allie before you can become part of this alliance. So if your turf has issues with turfs that are already a part of the alliance you need to work it out before you try joining. Let them know that you are wanting to join THE NET, and are trying to find a solution to your issues.
     When you are a part of THE NET you will need to back all turfs in the alliance, and they will back you. All turf representatives have an equal voice in actions taken by THE NET. We will have weekly meetings just to keep everything and everyone up to date on things(daily  or every other day in times of war) . And we will be in daily contact too. If your turf feels that an action taken by THE NET is wrong or uncalled for you may call for a vote to end the action (save a friendly turf ,ect..). If you call for a vote it is your responsibility to ask each turf representative to meet . Then you can state your reason for the vote and talk about it. The turf you are trying to save should not be present at this meeting.  But once a vote has been cast and a decision reached all turfs will back the decision. Without complaining. This alliance is to bring us together like a family and we will act like a family. Family comes before friends (if a friend of mine hurts my family I will kick my friends ass).  Actions  taken by this alliance can be voted on by one rep.  per turf.
         
      Everyone will keep their own turf. We will fight from our own turfs. We may join each others turfs if and when we want, yet it is not required. It is required that You being a Boss/Rep will only have mobsters Net turfs. It is suggested that your members also have mobsters in NET turfs also. People like to feel like big shots so r easily turned when given the right praise from non-NET bosses who they already consider friend by them. But it is your choice on how to run your turf so it is only a suggestion.
    I will head this for awhile to get things rolling. It is my job to control meetings, to get them done in an orderly fashion and hopefully in most cases timely too. After we have been running strong  for bout a month it will be called to vote who will head this next. Our term as head will be 1 month. And you can only serve as head for 2 consecutive terms in a row. Just like the President of The U.S.A.
    Any tied votes will be broken by the Head. Therefore the head should save his/her vote for last. All reps are encouraged to participate and voice their views on subjects in meetings.
Battles are to be planned and fought according to the plan. Otherwise it is like a bunch of chickens running around with your head cut off. But when everyone attacks according to a plan we will be devastating the enemy.
   All turfs should be trying to get E-Turf when it is passed. The more we have going for it the better our chance of getting it and controlling it. When we acquire the E-Turf it will be open to all. EVEN OUR ENEMIES. Our enemies keep us out when they have it. That shows them as not neutral. When we have it and let everyone in people will start to see that we are the better, fairer choice to have the E-Turf. Then they may want to help us by joining us or by letting us run their E-Turf. Remember we r trying to change the game not just establish dominance over others. Our enemies will come to fear us, our friends will come to respect us. We will not go after everyone in the E-Turf. Just the Lt’s, Ub, Boss. We will go after their home turfs. And we will not stop when the E-Turf changes hands. Yet, every time it does change turfs we will select a member  to go and try to join the new turf. If they except and let us in we will  not hit that E-Turf .
    While we are in other  peoples E-Turf we will not fight our enemies from it. Just stay in er and wait til you are ready to leave. Even if they list you, it will not stop you getting energy as long as you are on that mobster. Which is the reason for being there.
     All are alliance members are welcome and asked to join our lounge. It is a lounge just for us. All allied turf members are welcome to join it and hang out in it. Turf members are always welcome, but will not be allowed in at meeting time.

    The main reason of this alliance is to make E-Turf neutral and make us stronger and keep us from attacking true allies. It is a game and meant for fun , but it is a war game. So happy hunting ! ! !

I do not interact with Facebook, Twitter or any of the other social networking platforms. My reasoning is simple. Why in the world would I want to share my private thoughts and feelings with the world at large? What good could possibly come from me having a convenient outlet to express myself to millions of people? The more likely outcome is that in a misguided attempt to be funny or cute, I'd say something stupid and wind up getting publicly raked over the proverbial coals. Which is why I think the wiser path is to keep my opinions to myself. For example, if I were to feel moral outrage over an organization riddled with pedophiles expressing their moral outrage over cleavage, I certainly wouldn't tweet about it. And the photographs I've taken of myself wearing nothing but oven mitts and a tiara will never be shared on a Facebook page.
