I am looking at camcorders and I have found 2 and not sure which is better.

New 1.8' LCD Blue Cyber-Cam Mini DV Camcorder Digital Video Camera 12MP 4xZoom

2012 NEW! Digital Video Camera LCD DV DC Camcorder 12MP 4x Zoom 1.8 with USB and TV cables

They both are about the same price for $28,but I am not good in cams.Can somebody help me in this?Thanks.
