2 oz. Strawberry Liqueur

Rim the glass with green & red sugar.

4 Small Candy Cane
2 oz. (60ml) Vanilla Vodka
2 oz. (60ml) White Chocolate
1 oz. (30ml) Cream
Whipped Cream
Rimmed with Candy Candy
Red Sugar Sprinkles

CROCK POT RIBS

CROCK POT RIBS
Ingredients:
Ribs (pork or beef)
2 cups bbq sauce + extra to brush
1 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (you can substitute white vinegar)
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp Worcestershire
dash of hot sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Start by putting your ribs in a single layer on a baking sheet. Salt & Pepper to taste. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes, then turn them over and bake another 15 minutes. This process will render the extra juice from the meat so the ribs do not BOIL in the crock pot.
In a medium sized bowl, combine bbq sauce, ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire, and hot sauce. Mix well. Place browned ribs in the crock pot. Pour your sauce over the ribs, and cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 8-10 hours. After the ribs are ready, brush with remaining bbq sauce. Broil in your oven until bbq sauce gets caramelized! Fall off the bone tender!!

THE LITTLE MERMAID COCKTAIL
1 oz. (30ml) Orange Vodka
3/4 oz. (22ml) Blue Curacao
3/4 oz. (22ml) Midori Melon Liqueur
3/4 oz. (22ml) Pineapple Juice
3/4 oz. (22ml) Malibu Coconut Rum
3/4 oz. (22ml) Spiced Rum
1/2 oz. (15ml) Grenadine

1 can of chopped pineapple
1 can cream of coconut
Ice
Blue food coloring
Honey
Sweetened coconut flakes

Dip rim of martini glass in honey and then roll in coconut flakes. Set aside.
Fill blender with ice, add chopped pineapple, cream of coconut and a few drops of blue food coloring.
Blend well and pour into glasses trimmed with coconut. (feel free to add some rum   )

1 oz. (30ml) Half & Half Milk
Shake with ice and strain
