This is a rant lol or a rave who knows. But of late there are a number of new fubar members who are downrating. Please just take the time to copy the following I found in the bulletins, and send it to the new users. NOTICE RULES OF KINDESS Hey whats up, if you just joined, WELCOME Ok Some rules of kindness... DOWNRATEING is not nice and is not acceptable. If you dont like a photo don't rate it. People get irritated real fast and upset if you downrate someones page, photo. Or thumbs down there stash item. What is down rateing do you ask? That is when you intentionly rate lower then a 10. This is like fliping someone off just ruder. If you don't like the photo or profile DONT rate it. Simple as that! Please take this in to note when visiting fellow members of the site to have respect for one and other. Sure if someone came to your page or pictures and rated them all lower then a 10 you would be fliping out right?. Have some respect, treat others as you would like to be treated. What is thumbs down? pretty much exactly that. thumbs down on a stash item. Why is downrateing so mean and not nice? It hurts peoples feelings, (yes feelings are real on the internet and in rl... those dont change because something is cyber). When you rate someone lower then a ten it lowers the average ratein they have and it hurts them if they are in for ratings or what not so rule of kidness DONT do it. Thanks again all and hope you understand. This has been a friendly welcome and reminder DONT downrate or thumbs down people.

Hello friends and family, please take the time to read these rules and see the management team for the fire and ice family, (one of the best) 1) NO DRAMA WILL BE TOLERATED!!..I will not put up with any drama from anyone. there will be no exceptions to this rule! You disregard this rule and you will be dismissed from my family! Act your age, if u cant then please do not waste our time! 2)No one but upper management will be allowed to blog about Leveling..unless you have been given the ok to do so. This will only be to minimize confusion in the family! The only ones to blog about leveling are Founder, CoFounder, President, Vice President and Manager. Even so I need you guys to confirm with me before posting Blog. 3) Absolutley NO BOMBING! If you choose to enter into a contest or give away you are doing so at your own will, and you are not to expect anyone in the family to help you out. We are a not a bombing crew but a leveling family!! For now this is the rules on bombing. In time when our family grows we will divide into two different groups. One being the leveling side and the other will be our bombing side. One fire and one ice! All in time, for now we are just a leveling family and it will remain that way till further notice! 4) Everyone needs to come to me for final approval on just about everything! I do not want changes being made to my family without me knowing about them and giving the ok! 5) All recruits will go through Nicole. No exceptions. She will decide whether they are going to be part of the family. Always send new recruits to her. If she is not available send them to David and if he isnt available, well damnit just find someone...lol. 6) If you find yourself in any drama situation that you are not comfortable with. Find an enforcer. They are here to help you out! You can blog to get their attention. If there is not an enforcer available, you can, and only then look for upper managment. 7) We will level anyone with 20,000 points or fewer as long as they have plenty of stash and pics. Please do not come to us for help with 20000 to level and have only 30 pics and no stash! We will level during HH only. Any other time is for you to do what you need or want to do! Leveling during HH will help things move faster and give us more time to rate others! 8) Most Importantly: We are here to have fun. We will do contests and fun things all the time. Keep up to date with my blogs as they will always have information for you to keep up with. HAVE FUN! For now these are all the rules. As more come to mind they will be posted! Now Meet the Family!!! Thankyou for helping me level up. It was a nice suprise to wake up and log on and find that you wonderfull people had rated my pics and stash. My thanks also to Sunsetbeauty for allowing me to join a group of wonderfull people and I look forward to the friendships to be made with these people.
